In the photo taken by Mardones, the Venice photographer who later attended the wedding, Ronda is gazing lovingly at Travis, who is sitting in a chair behind her and leaning over to point at one of the chickens.

Ronda's wedding comes just eight months after she suffered a humiliating 48-second defeat to UFC fighter Amanda Nunes in December.

Some of my best years, memories and friends start from the time I moved to Laurelton as an incoming freshman at AJHS. Several Laurelton and AJHS reunions over the years (in NY and Fla.), have kept the flame burning as I catch up with old friends and memories. At JHS 59 my friends were Rita Simon, Ronnie Kanner, Linda Lee, Naomi Becker, Susan Bayliss and Raymond Wong.

I am a dentist and I have 2 grown daughters and 5 grandchildren. I have been married for 45 years to my wife, Carole. I lived on 228th Street until 1969 when I married and moved to New Jersey. At lunchtime the girls played records in the cafeteria and we'd dance to the tunes of the 60's as the guys would play ping pong and pool and who would steal glances at us while we danced. I've been living in California more than half my life, now, but I'm still a Yankee fan and a lover of NY pizza. I've lived in Israel for the last 35 years and have been a "Lubavitcher" (Chabad) for the past 23, and have a big, beautiful family of kids and grandkids.
